I am a coach by heart. I believe that no one has ever reached the ultimate level of excellence and there’s always room for growth.
I am a facilitator. I always look for ways to facilitate learning. It can be in the meeting room or in the one-on-one session (or in the car talking about the world with my kids).
I am a catalyst. While challenging our assumptions and changing mindsets is essential, I know that it’s real action that leads to lasting change.
I am an expatriate. I’m a native Dane, who has spent the last 13 years in Switzerland and France.

I hold a certification as a life and business coach from Manning Inspire, which is an ICF-accredited coaching institute in Denmark
I hold a master’s degree in organisational communications, public relations, and literature studies
I have more than 17 years of experience working with communications in the national and international arena, 13 of those in leadership positions.
