Newsletters and waiting lists
If you have signed up for any of my newsletters and/or waiting lists, you have given me your consent to contact you by email with information and offers. I keep your name, email address, and other consent information until it is no longer relevant.

You can always withdraw your consent. This is either done by using the unsubscribe link in the emails or by contacting me at work@withnina.ch and stating you no longer wish to receive news and offers.

Purchases
If you purchase any of my services and products, you have given me your consent to hold your financial and transactional information, hereunder name, email, invoice amounts, and payment details. I keep your name, email address, and purchase information until it is no longer relevant or you ask me to erase the information.

I may store information related to your purchase for the purpose of meeting my financial obligations in Switzerland and France, and/or documenting my number of clients to the International Coaching Federation. In this case, I can anonymise your private information, but not the financial amount paid to me.

Type of personal data which I store

In my role as your life or business coach, mentor, and/or communicator, I will obtain personal information about you.

As a coach and mentor, I may hold the following information about you:

  • Identity and contact information, hereunder your name, marital status, title, date of birth, gender, address, email address, and telephone numbers.
  • Notes from individual or group coaching sessions.
  • Special data category date: During our sessions, I might become familiar with personal data that needs more protection because it is sensitive. This could be information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious and philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, and genetic data.
  • Financial and transaction information.

As a communicator, I may hold the following information about you, your organisation and/or business:

  • Identity and contact information, hereunder your and/or your employee/s’ name, title, gender, address, email address, and telephone numbers.
  • Notes and work documents linked to the assignment/contract.
  • Special data category date: During the assignment, I might become familiar with personal data that needs more protection because it is sensitive. This could be information about your or your employee/s’ racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious and philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, and genetic data.

How I may use your personal information

I only use your personal information (including special category information) where there is a reason for me to do so. I may use your personal information for:

  • the purposes of your coaching/mentoring process, which are performed under confidentiality.
  • the purpose of documenting my number of clients to the International Coaching Federation.
  • the performance of delivering on an assignment to which you are a party.
  • the purpose of meeting my financial obligations, hereunder fulfillment of my financial obligations in Switzerland and France.

Storage of personal data

Regardless of whether I store your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling an assignment/contract or on the basis of your consent, I will store your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with the General Data Protection Rule (GDPR)

Your personal data is only used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.

I use third parties to process and store your data. Your data may be stored through their data storage, databases, and general applications. I use the following third parties:

Newsletter and waiting lists: MailerLite
Meetings and webinars: Zoom

Sharing of personal data

I will only share your personal information, where it is necessary for the purposes below:

  • My mentor for the purposes of meeting my regular mentoring. My mentor is subject to confidentiality.
  • Professional service providers, for example lawyers, accountants and IT consultants, for the purposes of the proper management of my practice.
  • Relevant organisations where there are safeguarding concerns with respect to you or any other individual.
  • Relevant bodies or organisations where I am legally obliged to do so.

Website hosting and cookies

My website is hosted on one.com, which is a third-party provider. I may use software tools to measure and collect website session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

The website uses cookies. Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your browser by a website you visit. They help that website remember information about your visit, which can both make it easier to visit the site again and make the site more useful to you.

The cookies are used for:

  • Saving your settings
  • Measuring traffic and statistics
  • Targeting and managing advertisement

I am using these third parties to manage the cookies:

No personal data is stored in the cookies and they cannot contain viruses. You can any time delete or block cookies via your browser.

Focus Lounge

Registration to a Focus Lounge is binding. You can get your fee refunded up to 10 days in advance of the Focus Lounge.

You are welcome to give or sell your place to a friend.
