Hi!
My name is Nina, and I am a certified Master Coach in Personal Efficiency. Having spent my entire career in passion-driven organisations, I know firsthand how hectic a workday can be.
Today, I help individuals at all levels within organisations finding more time and peace to manage their tasks, reducing stress and enabling them to focus on what truly matters in the long run.
Here’s how I’ll support you
During eight weekly or bi-weekly sessions, we will create a tailor-made system that will not only support you in executing tasks more quickly but also help you gain a better overview, more control, and greater peace of mind at work — and often also privately.
I will provide you with practical and highly useful tools, including Dorthe Rindbo’s Efficiency Circle©, Eisenhower’s prioritisation matrix, and various time management and productivity techniques. These tools will be valuable both now and in the future. For team leaders, they also serve as excellent resources for managing your team.
Sessions take place either in-person or virtually over Zoom.
The process
Where does your time actually go? What gives you energy and what drains you? Are you prioritising correctly, both personally and professionally?
These are some of the questions we will explore together in step 1 of the course.
What matters most to you? What do you dream about in the long perspective? Are you living according to your values? Are you taking care of yourself both mentally and physically?
Step 2 is essential for defining your direction and mapping out how to reach your goals.
How can you plan and organise your time (and energy) effectively? How do you get a clear and realistic overview of what needs to be done? What’s the best way to plan, create an effective to-do list, and set up planning sessions with yourself that you’ll actually stick to?
In this step, we develop customised, easy-to-use systems designed for you and your unique challenges and needs — systems you’ll be motivated to use and maintain.
This is the difficult part, right? Getting it done. Changing habits.
In this step, we’ll look into what you’ll need to do or think differently to get from A to B.
The entire course is customised for you. Between sessions, you’ll receive homework that is essential for exploring what works (for you!) and integrating your new learnings.
‘Personal efficiency’ is exactly that — personal. Our aim is to identify straightforward strategies, tools and techniques that can significantly enhance your efficiency. Everything is designed to be easily and quickly integrated into your daily routine, whether you’re a team leader, an employee, or self-employed.
