I offer in-house group courses in personal efficiency for organisations. The training aims to provide each employee with new knowledge and concrete and simple tools to enhance their personal efficiency at work.
What's personal efficiency?
Personal efficiency is about using your time correctly, knowing what’s important and what isn’t, and setting reachable goals for your work tasks – and your work life. When you have a high degree of personal efficiency, you ensure you get the most out of your energy and mental resources.
It’s essential to understand that personal efficiency is NOT about doing more in less time but about using your time and resources on what is most impactful and meaningful.
Personal efficiency is not just about getting things done, it’s a gateway to more time, less stress, and greater job satisfaction.
The benefits of a group course are many:
- The training can be tailored to the organisational context and your specific workday.
- The participants meet each other in a new way – perhaps across different teams.
- The participants can inspire each other and together help positively influence the entire organisation’s work culture.
- The participants can mirror themselves in each other’s experiences and challenges.
- The participants can help each other find common solutions to improve their work habits.
- The presence of a group encourages the participants to stay committed to their goals.
Four comprehensive modules

Module 1
Examine your time use
In this module, participants will analyse how they currently allocate their time, gaining insights into common challenges such as interruptions, procrastination, and both internal and external time thieves. Additionally, they will be introduced to the “World’s Best Prioritisation Model,” which will help them effectively manage and prioritise their tasks.

Module 2
Setting the direction
What truly matters and why? In this module, participants will focus on their work life to identify core values that should guide them. We’ll explore what elements are essential in a workday to foster thriving and sustained efficiency. Additionally, we’ll start developing both long-term and short-term plans to align daily actions with these core values and objectives.

Module 3
Tools for smart planning
It’s time to get concrete. In this module, participants will be introduced to a range of practical tools that can be used in their workday. These tools are tailored to the group’s needs. The tools include, for example, the weekly summit, the master list, the perfect to-do list, zero-inbox (how-to), task batching, the power of time-blocking, the magic Pomodoro technique, and more.

Module 4
Habits and action
Good habits are essential for getting things done! In this final module, we will examine the role of habits in creating an efficient workday. Participants will learn how to establish positive habits and break negative ones. By the end of this module, they will be equipped to implement their own new, efficient habits for a happier, more focused, and more energised work life.
After completing the course, participants will:
- Understand where their time is going
- Be able to identify inefficiencies to manage their time better
- Understand what’s important and what’s not
- Be able to identify low-impact tasks and prioritise high-impact tasks
- Be better at minimising distractions and maintaining focus
- Have learned new practical tools and techniques for time management
- Be able to create effective time plans
- Understand habits connected to time management
- Have more energy — both time-wise and mentally
- Experience less stress and more calm
Facilitation Style
The course is structured in a way that takes each participant from getting an overview of their daily life and priorities to applying the new knowledge in everyday situations.
I work with a range of practical and useful tools, such as Dorthe Rindbo’s Efficiency Circle©, Eisenhower’s prioritisation matrix, and various time management, productivity, and delegation techniques.
When I come to your organisation, expect both energy and space for deep reflection. My sessions are marked by a blend of high professionalism, genuine presence, and a bit of humour.
My goal is to make complex theories straightforward and actionable. Without action, there’s no change. It’s essential that the new knowledge and tools can be turned into real actions and value for your organisation.
