Confidentiality

I’m holding a coach certification from an ICF-accredited coaching institution. This means I’m following the ICF Code of Ethics.

Our sessions are completely confidential. I don’t tell anybody that you are a client of mine, nor what we talk about in our sessions. If your workplace is paying for the sessions, this is still the case, and I will never share information about you with your employer that we have not agreed to share.

Cancellations

For individuals

Individual sessions:

To ensure that I can manage my schedule efficiently, please let me know if you need to cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance by email or WhatsApp.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and if you need to cancel within 24 hours of the session, you can make it up by bringing a piece of dark chocolate (my favorite!) to our next session. In this case, the session will not be charged.

However, if you fail to show up without any prior cancellation, 50% of the session fee will be charged.

Retreats:

Registration is binding. You can get 50% of your fee refunded up to 21 days in advance of the retreat.

You are welcome to give or sell your place to a friend. 

For organisations

In-house coaching:

Facilitations of Meetings and Staff Retreats:

Cancellation 21 days or more before the event: Full refund.

Cancellation within 15 to 20 days before the event: 25% payment required.

Cancellation within 4-14 days before the event: 50% payment required (any preparation days already used will be fully paid).

Cancellation within 3 days before the event: Full payment is required.

Covid-19 policy

One-on-one coaching

If any of us gets covid-19, we will cancel the session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance due to covid-19 will not be charged, but will be rebooked. This policy covers both in-person and virtual sessions.

Team coaching

If I get covid-19, I will unfortunately have to cancel the session and we will need to reschedule it. The upfront payment will not be refunded if you decide to fully cancel the session.

Teams up to 5 persons: If any of the team members gets covid-19, we will come together and discuss whether or not we shall cancel or reschedule the session.

Teams above 5 persons: If any of the team members gets covid-19, the session will not be cancelled nor rescheduled.

Mentoring

One-on-one: If any of us gets covid-19, we will cancel the session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance due to covid-19 will not be charged, but will be rebooked. This policy covers both in-person and virtual sessions.

Get together: If I get covid-19, I will unfortunately have to cancel the session and we will need to reschedule it. If any of the mentees get covid-19, then we will not cancel nor reschedule the session. 

Workshops and events

My workshops and events follows the current covid-19 regulations in the city of which the workshop or event is taking place. 

If I get covid-19, I will unfortunately have to cancel the workshop or event, and you can in this case get your money refunded.  

If any of the participants get covid-19 and therefore cannot participate in the workshop or event, then I cannot refund the money. The participant can give its place to a friend or choose to use it in one of my other workshop or events having the same value. This shall be done within six months.  

Communications activities

In case, I contract covid-19 then we will need to reschedule and reassess any deliveries and deadlines which cannot be made on time due to covid-19.
